User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the owner of pro-macro.com (hereinafter referred to as pro-macro.com or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other. The site pro-macro.com is not a mass media outlet. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use scripts/macros from pro-macro.com, as well as the site pro-macro.com itself!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right:

search for information on the Site;
receive information on the Site;
comment on content posted on the Site;
copy information to other sites with the permission of the Site Administration;
copy information to other sites with the permission of the copyright holder;
use information from the Site for personal non-commercial purposes.

The administration has the right:

at its own discretion and necessity to create, change, cancel rules;
restrict access to any information on the Site;
refuse to update macros without explanation.

The User undertakes to:

not to disrupt the functionality of the Site;
not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive materials, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.

The Administration undertakes to:

Maintain the functionality of the Site except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

Responsibilities of the parties

the administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties;
the administration is not responsible for the consequences of sanctions from third parties;
the administration is not responsible for the functionality of its programs and scripts that depend on third-party software and hardware;
the administration is not responsible for blocked game accounts, as well as for the blocked content of these accounts (game items, currencies and any other digital content);
in the event of a force majeure situation (military action, emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted on the Site, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the Site.

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force upon any use of this site.
The Agreement shall cease to be effective upon the appearance of a new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its own discretion.
The Administration shall not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
